Blauberg EC Centrifugal Fans: Flexible Installation + Intelligent Air Control, Solving Industrial and Commercial Ventilation Challenges

In the ventilation systems of industrial plants, commercial complexes, or smart buildings, “adaptability”, “energy efficiency”, and “intelligent linkage” of fans are often the core considerations for engineers. Blauberg EC centrifugal fans, with their innovative design and technical advantages, have become an ideal choice for meeting multi-scenario ventilation needs, while being highly aligned with global carbon neutrality and Industry 4.0 trends.

Blauberg EC centrifugal fans are divided into two major series: backward curved impeller and forward curved impeller, both designed as “freewheel fans”. Their extremely compact size allows for installation in any direction, and they can optimize air output performance without relying on a scroll housing (some forward curved models offer optional scroll housing), significantly reducing installation space constraints. For forward curved impeller models, even in ventilation ducts (compatible with various materials such as galvanized metal, aluminum, copper, PE, PVC, and polyfoam) or equipment enclosures where users require high air pressure output, the scroll-free design still effectively reduces operating noise, balancing the needs of “high pressure” and “low noise”.

All centrifugal fans are equipped with motors integrated with intelligent EC technology, supporting AC/DC dual power supply to meet the power adaptation needs of different scenarios. More importantly, the fans are equipped with built-in or external international standard R485 remote communication protocol interfaces, which can be seamlessly integrated into IoE (Internet of Everything), IoT (Internet of Things) systems, smart homes, or Industry 4.0 platforms. This enables remote monitoring, speed adjustment, and fault early warning, reducing manual operation and maintenance costs.

In terms of energy efficiency and compliance, Blauberg EC centrifugal fans strictly comply with the ErP2015 (Energy-related Products) Directive and COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 327/2011 (this regulation sets eco-design requirements for fans driven by motors with an electric input power between 125 W and 500 kW), ensuring compliance in Europe and major global markets. In addition, users can optionally install the Power Factor Correction (PFC) function according to their needs, with a power factor λ of up to 96%, effectively stabilizing the power grid level and avoiding power waste.

From ventilation and heat dissipation in industrial workshops to air circulation in commercial buildings, Blauberg EC centrifugal fans leverage the combined advantages of “flexible installation + intelligent air control + high energy efficiency” to help users reduce carbon footprints and assist enterprises in moving towards carbon neutrality goals.
